Molokai Arts Center current artist in resident, Jamie Allen is a Honolulu based mixed media painter. Allen will be MAC’s fourth Artist In Residence. Jamie will be on Molokai from May 11th-June 2nd.

Allen will be presenting a slide lecture of her most current work, past work, a brief history and as well as a stop-motion animation at a public talk story at the Molokai Public Library on Weds. May 29th at 5:30 pm. Allen, a full time artist who lives on Oahu, is eager to share with you the experiences she had on her 3 week residency here on Molokai focusing upon native endemic plants.
